It’s the end of Week Three, and while I can’t believe how much has gone on in the last several days, it’s even more surreal that our training course is over in little over a week. Album here.
As I look back at all the photos I’ve taken and all the thoughts that have come in and out of my head in the past weeks, it’s as if I’ve lived here for years. It’s so strange to be preparing for the final teaching exam – thinking that in just a few days, I’ll be flying back to Shanghai (hopefully) a diploma-bearing yoga teacher.
People are generally feeling better, though James has been suffering a bit post-vaman. He seems to be on the mend now after taking several Ayurvedic vit-amins (apparently vita-mins is bad English), strumming on Kirsten’s guitar in the bed across from me. Outside, the moon is glowing feather yellow, its fullness burning softly into the darkness.
